Using a 638nm Mitsubishi 500mW laser, the light produces a crisp and precise line that remains clearly visible in busy industrial environments. This makes it ideal for warning pedestrians of approaching vehicles or marking hazardous areas around machinery.

The laser features a 90° projection angle, creating a clearly defined safety line along the side or rear of a vehicle. When mounted on forklifts or material handling equipment, the projected line acts as a visual exclusion zone, helping to reduce the risk of accidents in warehouses, factories and logistics operations.

Engineered for demanding environments, the lamp is housed in a rugged aluminium body with a stainless steel mounting bracket and IP67 protection rating, ensuring reliable performance in harsh industrial conditions.

With a wide 10–80V DC operating range, the light is compatible with 12V and 24V vehicle electrical systems, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial vehicles and mobile equipment.

The projected beam can be adjusted via the ring situated around the light aperture allowing the lamp to be positioned in nearly any position.
