Who is SRH Lighting?

SRH Lighting is a trademark of Stanley R Harris Ltd, a company established in 1950 specialising in vehicle lighting and accessories for both commercial and passenger vehicles.

With decades of industry experience, the company has continually evolved to meet the changing demands of the automotive and commercial vehicle sectors. In recent years, this has included expanding into vehicle parking and safety solutions alongside its growing lighting portfolio.

Recognising an opportunity to develop its own range of premium-quality products, SRH Lighting introduced its first six branded LED work lights. Since then, the range has expanded to include more than sixty products covering general-purpose work lights, ultra-bright and heavy-duty lighting, industrial lighting solutions, wireless emergency lightbars, driving light bars and auxiliary driving lights.

Continuing to innovate, the latest addition to the SRH range moves beyond lighting itself and into lighting control technology, with Bluetooth-enabled programmable switch panels available in 6, 8 and 12-way configurations.

Working alongside trusted manufacturing partners including Fristom, Hella, Horpol and WAS, SRH Lighting is able to offer an extensive range of modern LED vehicle lighting products that combine exceptional quality, reliability and value.

Warranty Information

Product Warranty

At SRH Lighting, we pride ourselves on supplying quality products backed by reliable customer support. If you experience a fault with a product purchased from us, it may be covered under warranty subject to the conditions outlined below.

Unless otherwise stated, products are covered by a 12-24 month warranty period (see product page) from the original invoice date.

For assistance with a warranty claim, please contact our team by phone or email. We will be happy to guide you through the process and advise on the next steps.

To help us process your claim efficiently, please provide:

  • Your invoice or proof of purchase
  • Product part number
  • Details of the fault
  • Supporting photographs where possible

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover faults or damage resulting from:

  • Accidental damage, impact, collision, storm damage, or other external influences
  • Incorrect installation, misuse, neglect, or improper operation
  • Unauthorised modifications or alterations to the product, including rewiring, repainting, or dismantling
  • Normal wear and tear or environmental deterioration

SRH Lighting reserves the right to inspect products before approving any warranty claim.

Condensation

A small amount of condensation inside a lamp can occur naturally due to changes in temperature and humidity and is not considered a manufacturing defect.

As lamps warm up during operation, moisture present in the air inside the unit may condense when it comes into contact with cooler surfaces such as the lens. Products fitted with breathers are designed to minimise this effect by allowing airflow and pressure equalisation.

To ensure correct operation, breathers should be kept clear and free from paint, dirt, mud, or other obstructions.

Paint & Surface Finish

Damage to painted or coated surfaces caused by environmental factors such as road salt, grit, sand, chemicals, oxidation, or debris is considered external damage and is not covered under warranty.

Regular cleaning and maintenance are recommended, particularly in harsh operating environments.

Installation & Mounting

Products should always be mounted securely and in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.

Installing lamps onto bull bars, push bars, light bars, or aftermarket mounting systems may increase vibration levels beyond normal operating conditions. Excessive vibration can lead to premature wear or failure of brackets and fixings, which is not covered under warranty.

Care must also be taken when tightening plastic mounting points or housings. Over tightening can cause stress fractures or breakages and will be regarded as installation damage rather than a product defect

Orders placed before 12:00
Processed & shipped the same day unless otherwise stated.

Orders placed after 12:00
Processed & shipped the next working day.

Orders placed after 12:00 on a Friday.
Processed & shipped the following Monday.

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday only.

Can I return my order

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders ),  We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
