INSTALLATION & CARE
INSTALLATION & CARE
To preserve the quality of your lights, do not utilise a pressure washer on a high setting.
The use of harsh cleaning chemicals can detrimentally effect the appearance and life of the product. Use warm soapy water and a wash brush or clean sponge to thoroughly clean front and back and rising to remove all soap.
With today’s high-quality lighting offering excellent dust and water sealing, lamp failures are rare. One common cause is water tracking through unsealed electrical connections, causing the copper core to blacken. Using waterproof plugs and sockets (superseals or Deutsch connectors) and adhesive heat-shrink sleeving and terminals can prevent this issue.

ALMOST TAKES YOUR BREATH AWAY –THIS BREATHING LIGHT IS SO STUNNING.
The “Breathing Light” function of the DynaRay light bar creates a softly pulsating light that seems to be slowly breathing in and out. This atmospheric light visually accentuates the LED light bar by elegantly highlighting it as it is switched on and off or activated. The light slowly becomes brighter and then dims again, a sequence that bestows upon the vehicle a modern and dynamic sparkle. Together with this aesthetic effect, the “Breathing Light” can also display that the vehicle is ready and waiting and in standby mode, thus serving as an optical highlight, which enhances the design of the vehicle
The individually customisable position light mode introduces new highlights to vehicle design and embellishes the auxiliary lamp with an unmistakable look. This flexible lighting is able to fulfil the most diverse kinds of customer requests and can be perfectly tailored to suit various situations.

Condensation
A small amount of condensation inside a lamp can occur naturally due to changes in temperature and humidity and is not considered a manufacturing defect.
As lamps warm up during operation, moisture present in the air inside the unit may condense when it comes into contact with cooler surfaces such as the lens. Products fitted with breathers are designed to minimise this effect by allowing airflow and pressure equalisation.
To ensure correct operation, breathers should be kept clear and free from paint, dirt, mud, or other obstructions.
Paint & Surface Finish
Damage to painted or coated surfaces caused by environmental factors such as road salt, grit, sand, chemicals, oxidation, or debris is considered external damage and is not covered under warranty.
Regular cleaning and maintenance are recommended, particularly in harsh operating environments.
Installation & Mounting
Products should always be mounted securely and in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.
Installing lamps onto bull bars, push bars, light bars, or aftermarket mounting systems may increase vibration levels beyond normal operating conditions. Excessive vibration can lead to premature wear or failure of brackets and fixings, which is not covered under warranty.
Care must also be taken when tightening plastic mounting points or housings. Over-tightening can cause stress fractures or breakages and will be regarded as installation damage rather than a product defect.
